What we collect

When you book a call we collect your name, email, mobile, company, team size, the time you choose, and how you found us (for example the ad or page you came from). We also use cookies and similar technology from Google and Meta to measure our advertising.

How we use it

To schedule and hold your call, to follow up about your enquiry by phone, email or SMS, and to measure and improve our marketing. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP, and out of emails using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the booking and follow-up: Calendly (scheduling), Pipedrive (CRM), Supabase (database, Sydney region), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (hosting), Google and Meta (advertising measurement). We don't sell your information.

Access and correction

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing jack@aioperatorclub.com. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
